How to Measure

Chest: Measure across the fullest part of your chest, armpit to armpit.
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal.
Length (tops): Measure from the top of the shirt (base of the neckline) to the bottom.
Sleeve length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Inseam: Measure from the bottom of the crotch, down the inside of the leg, to the bottom of the leg opening.
Outseam with waistband: Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg opening.
Length (pants): Stand straight and run the tape along the side of your leg, from waist to ankle or floor.
Head (caps): Wrap a flexible tape around your head about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears, snug but not tight, where the cap's sweatband sits. If you're between sizes, size up.
