Baseballism offers free, no questions asked returns on all continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii orders. Items may be returned regardless of date of purchase. If you are requesting a refund, the average processing time is up to one week from the item’s arrival at our warehouse. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund to the original form of payment.
Click here to start a return or exchange and get a prepaid return label. You will need your order number and email address used to place the order.
International customers may return items for a refund or exchange, but they will be responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the original item(s) to Baseballism. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for international return/exchange instructions.

Items may be exchanged or refunded for store credit regardless of the original date of purchase. Items from orders less than 6 months old may also be refunded to the original form of payment. Items from orders older than 6 months may only be refunded for store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to credit cards other than those used to make the original purchase.

If payment was made using a gift card(s), we will refund the gift card(s) first and the remaining balance will then go to the other form of payment.

For domestic orders, our standard shipping method USPS First Class Mail. We also offer expedited options. The cost of these options varies based on transit time selected, location, and weight.
Free shipping applies to domestic orders with a subtotal of $150 or more after discounts, gift cards, etc are applied.
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment. We offer international customers the option of pre-paying duties and taxes at the time of purchase or paying duties and taxes to their local carrier at the time of, or just prior to, delivery.

Yes, we ship to just about anywhere in the world. International orders will usually arrive within a few weeks, around 7 - 15 business days. We provide multiple international shipping options.
Within the US, standard shipping delivery time is around 5-7 business days. If you need your items sooner, priority shipping takes around 2-3 business days to arrive. Orders for Canada have an average delivery time of 7-10 business days. Orders normally ship within 24 hours of purchase. Special events such as sales may slow down this timeline.
What carrier do you use to ship orders?
Our standard US carrier is USPS. We have other shipping options available including Fedex & UPS. For International orders, we use Fedex, DHL, and APC Logistics.
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, making purchases and adding your birthday.

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Points will be pending for 14 days after the order is placed.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Not directly - please redeem your points for a gift card which can then be applied during checkout.
Yes. Your points expire one year from the date they are rewarded.
No. You will receive points for order total prior to cost of shipping.
We recommend using Baseball glove oil for protection and using Lexol leather conditioner with a dry soft cloth pad for cleaning.
Please note that our leather items are expected to look broken in and worn, as if it was a ball glove.
Baseballism uses real baseball glove leather for our leather products which is thicker than most leather. Our goal for using glove leather for our products, is for the leather to patina and break in just as a baseball glove would.
