How to Measure
- Chest
- Measure across the fullest part of your chest, armpit to armpit.
- Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Length (tops)
- Measure from the top of the shirt (base of the neckline) to the bottom.
- Sleeve length
- Measure from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
- Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
- Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Inseam
- Measure from the bottom of the crotch, down the inside of the leg, to the bottom of the leg opening.
- Outseam with waistband
- Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg opening.
- Length (pants)
- Stand straight and run the tape along the side of your leg, from waist to ankle or floor.
- Head (caps)
- Wrap a flexible tape around your head about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears, snug but not tight, where the cap's sweatband sits. If you're between sizes, size up.
