As the Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for upholding the brand through the supervision of the store staff and day to day store operations. This role requires you to be highly accountable and responsible. This role requires you to become a master of the brand and daily problem solver. You will be expected to display leadership with passion, energy and integrity. You will report directly to your Area Manager.


  • Implement and supervise a positive and engaging customer service experience Ensure company standards are maintained regarding merchandise presentations and store cleanliness
  • Master of the brand and expert of your store
  • Work in partnership with Area Manager to recruit, interview, and hire associate staff
  • Maintain and implement a structured store training program, as set forth by the corporate office
  • Supervise associate level staff members in accordance with HR policies
  • Provide a positive, enjoyable, and motivating workplace for employees
  • Communicate with store staff regarding availability
  • Use Paycom to create a staff schedule for Area Manager approval
  • Assign daily associate tasks and organize workflow
  • Monitor and evaluate overall performance of staff
  • Activate any marketing strategies as assigned by Area Manager
  • Implement merchandising plans per assigned planograms and company visual standards
  • Manage full transfer cycle from HQ shipment to store shelf
  • Ensure all merchandise in the stockroom is organized and easily counted
  • Utilize Shopify and cycle count inventory to ensure accuracy is to company standards
  • Use ShipStation for ecommerce fulfillment (as delegated)
  • Collaborate retail store improvement strategies with Area Manager
  • Handle all bank deposits and accurate cash reconciliation
  • Main point of contact for associate staff whether in store or on off day
  • Responsible for notifying Area manager of any maintenance issues in store.
  • Frequent communication with Area Manager regarding day-to-day operations and store events
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by Area Manager


  • Requires standing approximately 5-8 hours per day, usually 5 days per week
  • During peak sales periods, longer shifts throughout the day are possible
  • May be required to climb ladders or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise
  • Required to lift items weighing 5-30 lbs. In some instances, weights may be higher
  • Work an average of 40-45 hours per week

Strong understanding of sales in a retail environment
