JOB DESCRIPTION

Baseballism is the official off the field brand of baseball: a company built from the tradition, history and class of America's Pastime. Our new retail location in Dyersville, IA at the Field of Dreams Movie Site is looking for sale associates. This is where you come in.

We are looking for someone who can champion our brand and treat this location as if it was his or her own.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain visual and presentation standards throughout store and stock area

Execute merchandising, apparel placement and folding

Create a fun and energetic atmosphere inside the store with customers and staff

Engage with customers and ensure they are served beyond their expectation

Process payments, handle returns and restock the showroom floor

Work with integrity and a positive outlook

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer service experience

Outgoing and energetic

Knowledge of baseball or softball is a must
