How to Measure
Chest
Measure across the fullest part of your chest, armpit to armpit.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal.
Length (tops)
Measure from the top of the shirt (base of the neckline) to the bottom.
Sleeve length
Measure from the top of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Inseam
Measure from the bottom of the crotch, down the inside of the leg, to the bottom of the leg opening.
Outseam with waistband
Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg opening.
Length (pants)
Stand straight and run the tape along the side of your leg, from waist to ankle or floor.
Head (caps)
Wrap a flexible tape around your head about half an inch above your eyebrows and ears, snug but not tight, where the cap's sweatband sits. If you're between sizes, size up.
