Baseballism - Digitial Marketing Specialist

Job Posting: Digital Marketing Specialist – Baseballism

Location: Portland, OR (Compensation to Relocate)
Compensation: DOE – Contract to Full-Time with Benefits

Baseballism is looking for a Digital Marketing Ace.
We're searching for a high-performing, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive Baseballism’s continued growth. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment, understands the game of baseball, and knows how to move the needle.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other social platforms

  • Build and execute strategic ad campaigns tailored to each channel

  • Collaborate on landing page strategy, site merchandising, and UI/UX improvements

  • Work closely with the Marketing Lead on brand growth initiatives

  • Analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Contribute to campaign ideation, copywriting, and asset development

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance marketing execution


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and other digital ad platforms

  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Skilled in designing static and motion ad creative

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of baseball culture and language

  • Familiarity with website best practices and conversion strategy

  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity

  • Team player with a self-driven mindset
